Payment

WRITTEN Apparel accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution).

WRITTEN Apparel reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Shipping

All orders will be processed in 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. During pre-order campaigns, we will notify you as soon as inventory has arrived and is ready to ship. Packages that are processed will be picked up by the shipping carrier and takes 5 to 10 days to deliver depending on your location. Please allow some delays during holidays and after long weekends.

We do ship internationally. Please contact us with your order for a custom shipping quote and we will get back to you shortly.

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to love your new purchase, so if there’s anything wrong let us know!

You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
Any products must be unworn/unwashed and include all tags attached.

Original shipping charges, duties and tax fees are nonrefundable.

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we have received your return.

Return Instructions:

Please fill out the return form on our website so we can provide authorization and shipping instructions.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
Items arriving without authorization will be refused.
Exchanged merchandise will be credited as a return and a new order must be placed for new items (including new size of same style).
Please keep any proof of return (i.e. receipts or tracking numbers).
